We are knowledgeable of the new REACh-legislation and we take into account the positive impacts on the chemical industry.
For this reason, AppliChem has established a team to work on the pre-registration of all AppliChem products impacted by REACh.
Since we strive to secure a continuous supply of all products for our customers, we are targeting a broad, pre-registration even for those products which do not already meet volume levels targeted by REACh.
During the pre-registration period, we will be asking our customers what their intended product application are since this will be important for final registration.
Where necessary, the material safety data sheets (MSDS) will be modified and adopted to the new guidelines according to REACh. Procedures for these changes will be implemented through an employee training program and software modifications. Where no changes are necessary, the current MSDS will remain in effect.
